KLS Financial Services is a company that set a purpose and specific intent to better the collections industry.  Part of that mission requires a knowledgeable, and purposefully employed staff that not only understands the industry and our clients, but understands the consumer, as well.  When hiring a collector, or what we like to call “change agent”, we look for a specific set of skills and traits.  Among these traits are negotiation and persuasion, exceptional listening skills, empathy, calm demeanors, problem solving skills, and knowledge of financial counseling.  Each team member is certified in compliance and compassion, the two traits needed to change the face of collections.  We undergo continuous training to keep up with the many and ever-changing regulations to give our clients the best results!
